SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours. Orders are fulfilled Monday to Saturday only. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or on public/declared holidays.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping is initiated only after order confirmation. After placing a COD order, a confirmation message is sent to the registered mobile number via WhatsApp. The order will be dispatched only once the confirmation is received. Unconfirmed COD orders are not processed.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

  • Metro cities: 1–2 working days

  • Non-metro cities: 3–6 working days

 

Once your order is dispacthed, you can track your delivery by clicking on the  tracking link shared via WhatsApp and email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
