HELP & EXCHANGES
To initiate an exchange, please use our Exchange Portal. Simply visit the portal, submit your exchange request, and choose the item you’d like to exchange it for. Once submitted, you will be prompted to pay a nominal fee of INR 150 to cover shipping and handling costs. After this, a courier will be automatically assigned, and your return will be picked up within 2-4 days.
Exchange Period and Conditions:
You may exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. An exchange fee of INR 150 per exchange applies to cover shipping and handling costs. Each order can be exchanged a maximum of two times.
Exchange Options:
You can exchange your item for a different size, shade, or product of equivalent value, subject to availability. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will issue store credit for the difference.
Procedure:
Once your exchange request is successfully submitted on the Exchange Portal, you will be prompted to pay the INR 150 fee. Upon confirmation, a courier will be automatically assigned, and your return will be picked up within 2-4 days.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and approve the exchange. After approval, your exchange will be dispatched within 24-72 hours.
Please note: If your exchange request is denied due to violations of our conditions, your original order will be returned to you. A fee of INR 150 will apply to cover the shipping costs incurred.
Defective / Wrong Product Received:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us via WhatsApp at 8273686091 within 24 hours of delivery. Provide images and videos showing the issue for our review. We will exchange the item at no additional cost after inspecting the reported defect. If no defect is found, you will need to pay the exchange fee to receive the product again.
Return and Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds or accept returns except for defective or damaged items.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. (For prepaid orders, you can cancel and receive a full refund in store credit if you notify us via WhatsApp at 8273686091 within 24 hours of placing the order).
