  • For exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please Whatsapp us on 8273686091 with your order number and the reason for exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Exchange Period and Conditions: You may exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. An exchange fee of INR 150 per exchange applies to cover shipping and handling costs. Each order can be exchanged a maximum of two times.

Exchange Options: You can exchange your item for a different size, shade, or product of equivalent value, subject to availability. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will issue store credit for the difference.

Procedure: Once we receive and approve your exchange request, we will initiate a reverse pickup within 1-3 days.The tracking link will be available via Whatsapp once your order is picked up successfully.

Upon receipt of your returned order at our facility, we will inspect and approve your exchange. Once approved, we will dispatch your exchange order within 24-72 hours.

 Please note that if your exchange request is denied due to violations of our conditions, your original order will be returned to you. A fee of rupees 150 will         be applicable to cover the shipping costs incurred.

Defective / Wrong product received : If you receive a defective / damaged / wrong item, notify us via WhatsApp at 8273686091 within 24-72 hours of delivery. Provide images and videos showing the issue for our review. We will exchange the item at no additional cost after inspecting the reported defect. If no defect is found, you will need to pay the exchange fee to receive the product again.

Return and Refund Policy : We do not provide refunds or accept returns except for defective or damaged items

Order Cancellation : Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped (For prepaid orders, you can cancel and receive a full refund in store credit if you notify us via WhatsApp at 8273686091 within 24 hours of placing the order )
