SHIPPING & DELIVERY (FOR INDIA)
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours. Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Saturday. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public/declared holidays.
For COD orders, shipping is initiated only after order confirmation. Once you place a COD order, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp. Your order will be dispatched only after confirmation is received. Unconfirmed COD orders are not processed.
Estimated delivery timelines begin after dispatch and may vary based on your location:
- Metro cities: 1–2 working days
- Non-metro cities: 3–6 working days
The delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with courier partners. We are not liable for such delays, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can use this link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect. You can also track your order here
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (FOR INDIA)
To initiate an exchange, please visit our Exchange Portal and submit your request. Once submitted, you will be prompted to pay a nominal fee of INR 150 to cover shipping and handling. After confirmation, a courier will be automatically assigned and your return will be picked up within 2–4 days.
You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Each order is eligible for a maximum of two exchanges.
You may exchange your item for a different size, shade, or another product of equivalent value, subject to availability. If you choose a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid. If the selected item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
Once your exchange request is submitted and the fee is paid, a courier will be assigned for pickup within 2–4 days. After we receive your item, it will be inspected and approved. Your exchanged product will then be dispatched within 24–72 hours.
If your exchange request does not meet our conditions, the original item will be shipped back to you. A shipping fee of INR 150 will be applicable.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images and videos of the issue for our review. Once approved, we will process an exchange at no additional cost.
If the product passes inspection and no defect is found, you will be required to pay the standard exchange fee to have the product shipped back to you.
We do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. For prepaid orders, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. In such cases, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Yes, we currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
Shipping charges are applied based on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

International orders are typically delivered within 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local courier networks.
Customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may be levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please ensure that you carefully review the size chart before placing your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with our support team within 24 working hours of delivery.
